Ordering from E Home Plus is actually pretty easy! All you will need to do is to follow four

Can you ship orders all over Pakistan? 

Yes! We deliver to your doorstep. However, it all depends upon cargo companies. If Cargo 
companies do not cover a certain area, you have to collect your Product from their nearby 
office. 

How do I get service on an appliance I purchased from your store? 

Every product has a warranty card and customers can call to brand’s service center TOLL
FREE # provided/mentioned on the warranty cards. 
Every product includes an enclosed warranty card that customers can use when they need 
the service of their product. Following this, there’s a TOLL-FREE number mentioned on the 
warranty cards that will guide you for the rest of the process.

Do you offer warranties? 

Unfortunately, No! We are a third party and we only sell products while the companies who 
make the product give warranties. We send you products with official warranty cards, so 
you can claim the faults to respective manufacturers. 

How come your prices are less than other online stores? 

We at E Home Plus make sure competitive prices as compared to the market and other 
online stores. On the other hand, we always provide only genuine electronics to our valued 
customers. 

Does E Home Plus charge extra for services? 

E Home Plus does not charge extra for services. 

What is a surety that products I plan to buy they will be genuine? 

We directly buy from companies and we are authorised resellers of all big brands of 
Pakistan. We have a in-house experienced team for purchasing that makes sure originality 
of electronics applainces. E Home Plus only sells official and genuine products and that is 
our core value for success as well. If our customers are satisfied then we are.

How can i cancel my order? 

You can cancel your order with E Home Plus within 24 hours of placing your order. After 
that, cancellation of order is not possible. To cancel your order within 1 business working 
day, please write to us at

What is your return policy? 

Our return policy allows for returns within [7 Days] for eligible products. Please review our

How can I know if my order is confirmed? 

Once the order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation call and email from E 
Home Plus costumer representative.

How can I check the status of my order? 

Order status can be checked from 'My Orders' screen in your account. Status can also be 
checked through Order Tracking page.

Do you verify orders? 

Yes, before processing any order our customer service team will call you on your 
mentioned cell phone number to verify order. 

Is the product I’m looking for in stock and available? 

Yes! Most of the time, the product is available in stock but hiccups are still there. These 
delays are the result of fluctuation in Dollar $ prices that can cause availability issues. 
However, this can be overcome if our customers put in some extra time and patience. 
Hence, we can make the product available as soon as we get our hands on it. 

Are your Products Genuine/Original? 

At E Home Plus, we believe in originality. “If it’s not original, it’s not at E Home Plus!” is our 
policy and we stand by it. As such, every product you find at E Home Plus, whether it’s for 
Rs. 200 or Rs. 200,000, is 100% genuine/original. 

Will I receive a notification when my order is processed?  

Certainly, once your order has been processed, you will receive both an email notification 
and a phone call to inform you. 

I want a refund or product replacement, how can I proceed?

Can I return a product after 7 days? 

You have to initiate a return process within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately after 7 days, 
we won't be able to accept return request. 

What is the 7-day Checking and Replacement Warranty? 

Our 7-day Replacement and Checking Warranty is a service we created in order to give you 
peace of mind. You have 7 days, that’s 168 hours, to check your product for any unlikely 
issues. We’ll verify your claim and replace the product for you. In case you find any of the 
following issues, give us a call or email us: 

  • You accidentally received the wrong product 
  • You have been overcharged 
  • You found manufacturer defects

I didn't receive my product yet, what can I do?

Do you allow exchanges in case the item I get is wrong or defective? 

Yes E Home Plus offers exchanges in cases the product is wrong or defective (we have a 7

What do I do if my items have not arrived? 

Items are sent to customers within 2 to 3 business days after they have placed their order. 
If you have opted for registered mail, you can keep track of the progress of your order by 
using the tracking ID sent to you in your confirmation email to view the status of your

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take? 

Shipping times depend on your location and the product’s availability. Typically, orders are 
delivered within 2 to 3 working days. While we try to get your product into your hands as 
fast as possible, all online orders usually take 24-72 hours to be there. In extremely rare 
cases, such as when we specially import a product for you, it may take up to 5 working 
days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently, we primarily serve customers within Pakistan, but we are continually exploring 
options for international shipping in the future.

What are the shipping costs? 

Shipping costs vary depending on the product, location, and delivery method. You can view 
the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your order or contact us at 
our number or on WhatsApp. 

Which courier service do you use?

We have a third party courier service company that makes deliveries to our customers 
across Pakistan.

Is free shipping available?

Currently, in most of circumstances we can’t offer free shipping, but in some special deals 
sometimes we provide free shipping with deals and many other benefits.

Is express shipping available? 

Yes! It usually takes 3 hours for shipping in Lahore. For out of Lahore we deliver in 2-3 days. 

Do I have to pay for shipping charges when returning a product? 

No, you don't have to pay for shipping charges when returning a product but only if your 
returning product has following issues: 

  • You accidentally received the wrong product 
  • You have been overcharged
  • You found manufacturer defects
